August 2026 Newsletter

We are now happily settled in our new gallery in Station Street  and loving being part of such a vibrant community of independent traders.

This month Chalk artist, Liz Orchard is our featured artist and you can see her work in the gallery window throughout August.We also have two guest artists throughout August and September; Printmaker, Dan Skinner and ceramicist, Dinah Morgan.September of course brings Art Wave to Lewes and the surrounding areas and there will be a special exhibition of recent work by all the Chalk artists. If you are a local artist there is still time to get your Art Wave framing done with us but you will need to be quick to guarantee the framing is done in time for the beginning of September.

Don't forget that we pride ourselves on being a friendly gallery that welcomes browsers as much as  buyers. There is nothing we like more than chatting to people about the work and the artists showing in the gallery. We also have a wonderful collection of greeting cards for all occasions.Bye for now.
