Fused glass workshop with Belinda Scott

Join our glass artist, Belinda Scott, for a relaxed friendly kiln-formed glass workshop. Meet in the Chalk Gallery in North Street where you will be offered a glass of mulled wine, spiced fruit drink, tea or coffee before moving next door to our workshop space.

Belinda will demonstrate the techniques used and the materials available to create your own beautiful piece of kiln-formed art. You will be working with Bullseye Glass from the USA, frit and murrini.
​
You will have the choice of making; a framed picture, Christmas decoration, colourful garden or window hanging suncatcher, precut shape, free standing picture or a coaster. You will have the opportunity to see finished examples of each of these to help you make your choice. ​
​
After the workshop Belinda will take your work to her studio where it will be fired and within two weeks it will be ready for collection from Chalk Gallery. ​

The workshop costs £60.
Morning workshop: 11am
Afternoon workshop: 13.30pm
