Anna Clement
Anna Clement is a Kent born artist who paints at her home in Sevenoaks. Although not formally trained, she has painted since childhood, being taught by her artist grandfather. For many years, she has painted with a group of artists, the Stone Street Art Group, who are now firm friends, and from whom she has learned a lot and gains constant inspiration. The group also has the benefit of a regular stream of renowned visiting tutors.
Her artwork, in acrylic and oils, covers an eclectic mix of subjects (but gardens and flowers dominate the mix) in a distinctive, colourful and expressive style. She wants her work to be uplifting, and aims to pass on the beauty and joy she finds in her chosen subject to the viewer of the piece.
Her work has been sold and exhibited extensively in shows and galleries throughout Kent and Sussex.
