Penny is an accomplished artist with a vast pedigree.  1952 she exhibited at the Children’s Royal Academy.  She has a Higher National Diploma in Mural Design with Distinction from The Chelsea School of Design.  She followed this with a Foundation Art Course at Sir John Cass, Whitechapel and courses at St Martin’s School of Art, the Holloway Institute and Camden Institute.                    Penny is now working in oils, giving her paintings a translucent effect.  'I am seduced by colour and like to work in glazes to make my painting glow’.  She has received a great number of commissions for her work .  Her paintings have been exhibited in galleries in London and Brighton.
